Hi, I'm Manicka and I help Social Workers, Therapists and Professionals design careers they love and teach what they know. Â
After working in over 20+ Social Work positions at the micro, mezzo and macro level, I felt burnt out, out of alignment with my purpose and like I had no clear path to get from where I was, to where I knew I wanted to be in my Social Work career. I felt like leaving the profession all together. When I began to internalize and understand that I was the designer of my own career and that I could create the Social Work career that I wanted...everything changed for me.Â
