Manicka is a Clinical Social Worker, Trainer and Youtuber.

Manicka creates educational videos, training and products that help Social Workers, Therapists and Helping Professionals deepen their level of self-awareness while increasing their competence and confidence in the profession. She's is the host of the Afrocentric Social Worker Podcast and is the recipient of the Dayton Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Award.

She has served as an Adjunct Faculty member, teaching Introduction to Social Work and Cultural Competence in a Diverse World. Manicka is the Clinical Director of Kindred Connections Therapy Center where she works with African American children, youth and families impacted by trauma.
