I’m a Clinical Social Worker and Mentor who's had to navigate my Social Work career just like you.
After working in over 20+ positions in the profession, I've had some career hits and misses. I leveraged my expertise to now hire staff as the Clinical Director of my private practice.  Â
I've work on the front line of solving community challenges at all levels of practice for over 15 years.Â
Now, I help Social Workers, Therapists and Helping Professionals capitalize on their knowledge and skills by designing careers they love and teaching what they know.Â
I love to challenge the status quo and invite others to think outside the box because as soon as we step outside of our comfort zones, that's where change and transformation truly happens!
