A 5-day live challenge for social workers, therapists & helping professionals
The permission you've
been waiting for was
always yours to give.
In five days, package the expertise you already have into something that reaches beyond the four walls of your office, without leaving the work you love.
Somewhere along the way…
You quietly accepted that there was only one way to use your degree.
Get hired. Build a caseload. Work your way up. Repeat. You never questioned it because it was all you'd ever seen.
But the people you admire online aren't smarter than you. Many of them have less experience than you do. The difference is simple: they gave themselves permission to package what they know and sell it online.
What you're really waiting for
It isn't another certification, strategy, or webinar.
It's permission.
- Permission to believe your knowledge has value beyond your job title.
- Permission to create something that belongs to you.
- Permission to earn from the expertise you've spent years developing.
- Permission to stop apologizing when someone says, “you should charge for this.”
No one is coming to hand you that permission. You have to sign your own slip.
The reframe
Earning more isn't the opposite of service.
The opposite of service is letting your expertise die in a google doc or to stay barried in sea of conversations with Chat, all because you never believed it was possible to bring it to life. Teaching what you know online doesn't make you less of a social worker, it makes your impact scalable.
And maybe you've believed you need to be licensed or hold every $300 credential, before you're allowed to teach what you know. You don't. The years you've spent doing this work are the qualification. Your experience is enough.
You're more ready than you think
The expertise you already have is the curriculum.
Everything you've learned in the field is something another professional, parent, or community would pay to understand:
…could become a workshop, a digital product, or a training. The Permission Slip Challenge helps you find your one core offer.
The challenge
Five days. Rooted in the expertise you already have.
For five days, we challenge the beliefs that keep so many of us playing small, and start crafting something that people will actually want to buy.
Inside the five days
Here's what we cover, day by day.
Permission to Begin
Name what's been holding you back, release the belief that there's only one way to use your degree, and give yourself permission to build.
Permission to Choose Your WHO
Get specific about who you help and use real sales psychology (not manipulation) to hear the exact language they already use to describe their problem.
Permission to Validate Your Idea
Learn how to validate your idea with real people before you build the big version using my The One Before Manyβ’ Method. Never again pour months into something nobody wants.
Permission to Make An Offer
Build your “I help” statement and run it through The Irresistible Offer Formula, so you're not convincing people to buy, your simply inviting the right people into a transformation they already want.
Permission to Price and Handle Objections
Set a price you can stand behind, so you can handle the objections that get in the way...theirs and your own.
One offer — validated, built, and priced by the end of the week.
By the end of five days
You'll walk away with…
- A crystal-clear niche and offer rooted in the expertise you already have, so you're no longer wondering what to teach or where to start.
- A validated offer that real people have said "yes" to before you spend weeks or even months building it.
- An ethical, value-aligned roadmap for earning more without abandoning the profession or clients you love.
- The confidence and permission to stop waiting to feel ready and finally put your expertise into the world.
You'll leave with a new way of thinking about your expertise. Not as something that only has value inside a one hour session, but something that can educate, empower and transform lives beyond the four walls of your office or cubicle.
Your next move
Sign your own permission slip.

Your guide
Manicka Thomas, LISW-S
I'm a licensed clinical social worker with 8+ years in online marketing — and over $30,000 in my own digital products sold. The Permission Slip Challenge is the invitation I wish someone had handed me — built for social workers who are ready to stop waiting for approval that was never coming.
Questions
In case you're wondering…
I don't have an offer or idea yet. Is this still for me?
Yes — that's exactly who it's for. We start from the expertise you already have and help you shape your first offer from scratch over the five days.
Do I have to leave my job or clinical work?
Not at all. This isn't about leaving social work. It's about letting your impact — and your income — reach further than one caseload ever could.
I'm not very “techy.” Will I be lost?
No. The challenge is about clarity and decisions, not complicated tools. You'll leave knowing what to build and why — at a pace that respects where you're starting.
Is it live? What if I can't make a session?
Sessions are live each day so you can ask questions in real time. Bring what you can — the daily structure is designed to keep you moving even if you catch one later.
Do I need to be licensed or have passed my licensing exam?
No — not at all. You don't need a license or a passed exam to teach what you know. All you need is at least three years of documented, hands-on experience in the area you want to teach — the kind that's given you real depth others would happily pay to learn from.
What's the difference between General Admission and VIP?
General Admission ($47) gets you the full five-day live experience. VIP ($97) adds a private 1:1 hour with me before the challenge begins — time for me to look over what you're creating and give you real-time feedback on your offer, messaging, niche, funnel, or pricing, so you walk into Day 1 already ahead.
Stop waiting. Sign your slip.
You don't need another degree. You don't need another sign. You just need to decide that the permission you've been waiting for is yours to give.
